Orders over $100 qualify for free standard shipping within the United States. No code needed — free shipping is applied automatically at checkout.

🌍 International Shipping

We ship worldwide! International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and the carrier. You'll see the exact cost before you place your order.

Delivery Timeframes

We work hard to get your orders out quickly. Here's what to expect:

  • Order Processing: Most orders are fulfilled within 1–2 business days of purchase.
  • Domestic Delivery (USA): Typically 3–7 business days after fulfillment, depending on your location.
  • Texas Delivery: Often arrives within 2–5 business days after fulfillment.
  • International Delivery: Varies by destination. Typically 7–21 business days after fulfillment. Customs processing may add additional time.

Damaged Items

We take great care in packing your orders, but occasionally items may be damaged in transit. If your order arrives with box damage or a damaged item, please:

  1. Take clear photos of the damaged packaging and item(s) before opening further.
  2. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at dfwotakuconnection@gmail.com.
  3. Include your order number and photos in your message.

We'll work with you to make it right — whether that's a replacement, store credit, or a refund depending on availability.

Returns & Refunds

Your satisfaction matters to us! We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  • Sale or clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at dfwotakuconnection@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. We'll send you return instructions and a return address.
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

We don't process direct exchanges at this time. To exchange an item, please return the original and place a new order.
